HAIPHONG ADVENTURE
This morning we walked through Haiphong's colonial streets and markets. First stop: Banh da Cua crab and noodle soup. Embellished with thick rice noodles, fish cakes and pork dumpling, this local specialty is hearty meal in itself, especially when accompanied by strong ca-phe phin.
